Long is a coach of Brown Senior High. He coaches track and has a bit of a chip on his shoulder due to his ex cheated on him.

This particular day he is really bitchy thinking about the ex and he is introduced to the new girl-River Banks. River wants to try out for the track team. Coach let’s River know that the team is full but River begs Coach to let her try out anyway, he gives in and boy does he figure out pretty quick that this was a mistake. This girl knows how to push his buttons!!! She loves to provoke him by her sassiness all the while both secretly have the hots for each other.

Lord have mercy, all that button pushing makes for one Hell of a bantery read, let me tell you!!! Y’all know banter is my Fav!!!
