If anyone asked about her relationship she told them that Jack was easy. Jack was kind. Jack was a fresh start. What she never could say out loud was, Jack didn’t own the other half of her heart. Lane Warner did, and he had since she was twelve years old.

I just loved reading this series..The Warner brothers are something else to read about! I tell ya, if I ever go camping, or running around in the wilderness..I want one of these boys watching over me. They are all soo protective, very alpha male and definitely take care of their women..

So book 3 is Escape and it is Lane’s story. Brynn has come to bring Lane home. The ranch needs him, the brothers need him, she needs him-although she knows they both are broken, they both have issues to get through and nothing has been the same without him being there to help them out.

”One brother was getting married, another one was having a baby, and here Lane was stuck in the same old rut. Caught between what he wanted most and what he told his self he could never have. Could he risk loving someone the way he wanted to love Brynn from the start, knowing there was not a guarantee she wouldn’t eventually walk away?“

And yess the drama still continues in Escape. I feel like you could read all three books as a standalone, but really, each brother brings something different to the series and of course you get insight on each brother as the stories move forward which I love. I know I sound like a broken record sometimes, but I love peeking into the lives of the other characters from previous books!!
