Skillful hands. A talented tongue.

Meet Mr. May.

Fate’s been messing with veteran Tyree Johnson. It took his buddies in combat and his wife in a fatal car accident. But he’ll be damned if he’ll let Fate take his beloved bar, The Fix on Sixth.

For years, he’s avoided being Fate’s whipping boy through sheer force of will, and now every bit of his focus is centered on saving his business. Until, that is, the first woman who ever touched his heart walks back into his life—along with a daughter he never knew.

After years of loneliness, Tyree’s not prepared for the way Eva’s sensual curves and sharp wit still capture his heart and rekindle his senses. All he knows is that for the first time in forever, he’s found a passion other than his bar. But one final twist arrives when Fate pits the bar he can’t bear to lose against the woman who’s stolen his heart.

He’s a master at red-hot ecstasy.

**Get It On is part of a binge read series by New York Times, USA Today, Wall Street Journal, Publishers Weekly, and #1 International bestselling author of the million copy Stark series, J. Kenner.

" was confusing enough without adding fresh layers of lust to the mix."

I loved finally getting to know Tyree, the owner of The Fix on Sixth. I already knew he was worth knowing considering how hard all his friends were working to help him save his bar. He was well-liked by many locals and his work ethic was something to be admired. He treated his employees well and was a good father to his son, Eli. After losing his wife seven years ago his son and his bar were everything, all that he had left. He put everything into it and the possibility of losing it was unbearable.

I've really been enjoying this series. The author has created some amazing characters and as each new book is added The Fix 'family' is growing. They are all pulling together, determined to save the bar and support their friend, Tyree. It was fun to see their surprise when the boss got a surprise of his own. When he got a visit from his past there was no hiding it from his friends. But would he be able to let go of his pain and accept the possibility of something more? And what bargaining tool would be used to convince him that he needed to enter his own Man of the Month contest? Wouldn't you like to know? The line forms here...
