Well, let me tell you. I DID get the full Baxter Badd experience. Now I’m having a virtual cigarette, because I don’t smoke…sigh. ♥

Baxter (aka Basher) the MMA fighter is badass.  Baxter the bouncer is not to be messed with. Bax the brother is hilarious drunk or sober and witty and sarcastic in both situations. Bax the teacher is mind blowing and panty melting perfection.

Evangaline is so prim and proper she can’t hide her blushes. But that doesn’t mean she doesn’t like doing what causes the blushing. She’s been sheltered her whole like. Groomed to be a trophy wife. Told what to do and when to do it. Usually she’s obedient, knowing she doesn’t have the tools to make it on her own. She needs to finish school and get her degree to even be able to get a job. So she usually just sucks it up and keeps her opinions to herself. Well, she hit the end of her good girl patience and escaped from her prison. She knows it’s only temporary. She knows that they’ll pull out all the stops to find her. She knows she’ll have to submit to her controlling father and the man he’s picked for her. But until then she’s gonna do what she wants. And what she wants…is Bax.

Bax & Eva together are adorable, funny, sweet, sassy and sexy. Big bad Bax who’s hard, becomes soft for Evangaline who he calls Eva. His alpha tendencies are tempered with patience as he reigns himself in to allow her to explore her independence and curiosity. Sweet and shy Evangaline becomes a bolder version of herself when Bax allows her to practice on him, pushing her boundaries and stretching her comfort zone. He likes to make her ask for what she wants, and especially loves to make her talk dirty. “Seriously, that sweet mouth talking dirty is gonna be the death of me.” And he’s not the only one pushing her to let loose. The girls are just as bad. They are hilarious as they over share and tease her and each other.

I am totally addicted to all the Badd brothers. Each book I think
he’s my favorite. And then the next one comes and I fall in love with him too. However; being a longtime rockstar addict makes me think that when I finally get a gander at those sexy twins I’ll be done for. In the very best way. I can’t wait! The line forms here…
