I have wanted to read this story since I turned the last page of RAW years ago. I fell so hard for Twitch, a ‘knight in scuffed armor’. I can’t resist an alpha asshole with a filthy mouth, muscles, and tats…sigh. And apparently, neither could Alexa. It’s now six years later and she’s still dreaming about her stalker.

In the time between the first book and the last, I fell more in love with many of the support characters, and further into hate with one that shall remain unnamed. My dark side came out to play as I imagined the slow, painful death I wanted that person to suffer. The action and suspense that was taking place at the same time as the family drama made reading this book a serious DO NOT DISTURB situation.

I confess that I was worried that there was no way that the sequel could possibly live up to the original, but I’m happy to report that it did. Sometimes an author creates the perfect characters that touch us so deeply that they seem to live outside the pages of the story. “Nothing could part us. Not even death.” Well done, Belle Aurora! My heart is full. ❤️
