This collaboration of Ilsa and Tia was incredible. This book was hilarious, to the point I literally had choked on my drink at some of the dialogue. They told this story in a dual POV, which was a key part of this book, seeing both sides. It’s a sexy, work romance with a dynamic bunch of characters!

Rebecca is a news reporter at KHOT. Her dream is to become an actual anchor for the network that she has busted her butt for. She is very smart, extremely witty, and somewhat self conscious about her body, although she is gorgeous.

Cade is ex-NFL quarterback for the Atlanta Falcons. When a career ending knee injury caused him to switch jobs, he became a sports anchor for KHOT. He comes from a wealthy family and is rather known as a playboy who loves blondes.

Rebecca and Cade work together at KHOT. Rebecca has certainly noticed him, but she is more focused on nailing the weekend anchor position. Cade definitely can’t keep his eyes off her and he hides it well with his constant jabs and banter at her. After a night of shots, one thing leads to another. And oh boy is it ever so HOT!! Rebecca wants to somewhat forget it happened and Cade wants more.

Does Rebecca get the job she has always dreamed of? Or will she get the man she has been looking for? Can Cade show her that he wants her and so much more?

This page turning, funny as all get out book is a highly recommended summer read! I couldn’t stop reading it! Ilsa and Tia have a scorching hit on their hands! I loved every part of this book.
